Wright was charged with child abuse resulting in injury and second offense domestic battery. He remains in Northern Regional Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond.

According to the criminal complaint filed against Wright, Marshall County Deputy Benjamin Staggs received a call of possible domestic violence at a rural address in Cameron.
