ONIFER, Joseph W. "Joe," 80, of Wheeling, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2013.
Survivors include one daughter: Janine Onifer; one son: Joseph W. "JR" Onifer, Jr.; one sister: Norma Eltringham; his companion, of 39 years, JoAnn Chlon and several grand children and nephews.
There will be no visitation.
