Parents of the bride are Robert and Nellie Spencer of Proctor and the late James D. Hill. Parents of the groom are William and Sandra Talkington of Moundsville. Krista Finch, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Chelsea Pahl was maid of honor. Mark Clutter served as best man. Other attendants were Sarah Hood, sister of the bride; Tiffany Becker; Amanda Mason; Carrie Talkington, sister of the groom; Brent Conkle; Steve Anglemyer; Lonnie Becker; Rocky Roberts; Travis Polley; Mason Yoders; J.D. Sliecher; Kason Melchiori; Ireland Wayt; Kenadee Wayt; Chase Kuhens; Austin Kuhens and Marshall Kuhens. The bride is a 2004 graduate of John Marshall High School. She is attending Belmont Technical College and pursuing a degree as a medical assistant. She is employed by Focus Transcriptions and Ponderosa Steakhouse. The groom is a 2003 graduate of John Marshall High School. He attended Belmont Technical College. He is employed as an apprentice with the Pipefitters Union. After a wedding trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, the couple resides in Moundsville.
